1. Drink a lot of water

She commented to US Weekly that she drank a minimum of seven glasses of water per day. For the average person, it's recommended that you drink 64 ounces of water per day, or eight 8-ounce glasses.


Now we know that just drinking water all day is just not reasonable for a lot of people.

We suggest maintaining a balance, try a maximum of three to four cups of tea per day in your diet. For the rest, the healthiest option is to just drink water.

Don't completely replace water with tea, we recommend keeping both in your daily routine.

2. Try intermittent fasting

For some celebrities, intermittent fasting has proven super helpful when it comes to shedding a few pounds. If you're someone who would prefer to focus on when you eat instead of what you eat, then intermittent fasting could be the ideal weight loss hack for you.

Kourtney Kardashian has also been a pretty verbal supporter of intermittent fasting, and she shares different ways to do it on her website. But the method that works best for Kourtney is to stop eating around 7 pm every day and then not eat again until after her workout the next morning. She also suggests hot green tea or water with apple cider vinegar to curb your cravings. For late-night cravings, intermittent fasting is a great way to stop the habit and avoid the unhealthy effects that late-night eating can have on your mind and body.


3. Don't focus on losing weight

Many people have shared that weight loss happens easiest when you're not worrying about losing weight. It sounds odd, but try focusing on all aspects of yourself– feeling good, eating healthy, developing routines where you just stay busy instead of a focus on just your weight. Demi Lovato posted on Instagram showing off her waistline, with the text: "Accidentally lost weight. I don't count calories anymore. I don't over exercise anymore. I don't restrict or purge. And I especially don't live my life according to diet culture…and I've actually lost weight." If you're someone who stresses about losing weight or how you look, follow Demi’s epiphany and turn your unhealthy attention away from how you think you should look, and more attention to the lifestyle. 

Another great example of this is Adele also lost weight by not making weight loss her goal. "It was never about losing weight, it was always about becoming strong and giving myself as much time every day without my phone," she commented to British Vogue. After her very public divorce was finalized, Adele really worked on herself and got busy. The by-product? She lost 100 pounds. But more importantly, she learned to love herself. “Hello…..Can you hear me…?”

4. Keep moving, all day

You don't need to go to the gym several times a day to lose weight quickly. Just stay active! Kate Hudson loves a good workout, but she's also seen on Instagram having fun with her kids with all kinds of activities such as hiking, swimming and more.  "Sometimes I'll just move around and dance around to kind of just sweat because I feel like I need to get things circulating. But I'm not hardcore about it," she commented to Harper's Bazaar. Even just adding more walking distance into your day can help you lose weight faster. The American Journal Of Clinical Nutrition report shows that a brisk 20-minute stroll can burn some 90 to 110 calories and you'll feel more energized afterward to keep going as you go about your day.

5. Limit your alcohol 

Harley Pasternak, a personal trainer for stars like Ariana Grande, and Lady Gaga, strongly recommend cutting down on alcohol if you have any serious goal about losing weight. "When you drink alcohol, it's broken down into acetate, which your body burns for energy first—before any other calorie source or stored fat," he wrote on People. "In plain English? Alcohol squashes our ability to burn fat." He also commented that alcohol has a ton of calories, it can disrupt your metabolism, and it confuses your sleep schedule.
